They are looking for a Technical Manager who will be working across all categories and will have experience leading teams but still wanting to grow within a business.
- You will need to have experience in leading small/large teams of chemists and technicians on the development of beauty products
- This will not have a focus on any category so you will need to have cross product experience
- This role will still be very hands on as well as a leadership role so you need to be happy to come back to the bench when required to help your team.
