Working with an established and respected full service product development and manufacturing partner you will take the technical lead supporting the development process and being the technical face of the business with customers.
Understanding and helping to develop customer product briefs you will work across the R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure development plans are on track and meeting objectives whilst fielding technical customer questions and helping the day-to-day account management and project teams.
It will be essential that you have worked within personal care in a technical product development function, understanding formulations, packaging and compliance to take on this key senior role. This could have been gained from within a contract manufacturing partner or within a brand or retailer team.
