The Hut Group, the parent company of beauty brands ESPA, Illamasqua and Glossybox, has scooped a Queen’s Award for Enterprise.
The company operates more than 160 websites selling premium consumer goods across the health and beauty market.
In the year to 31 December 2016, The Hut Group saw overseas revenues spike 89% to £316m.

Today the company ships to 195 locations worldwide and employs over 4,000 people.
Continuing on the expansion trail, The Hut Group is building a distribution centre in Poland, in order to facilitate next day delivery in continental Europe.
It already operates distribution centres in Cheshire and Kentucky, US.
The winners of the Queen’s Awards are announced yearly coinciding with The Queen’s birthday on 21 April.
