The A. S. Watson-owned retailer's Managing Director Gill Smith reveals its Meadowhall, Sheffield, experiential store has been a hit with consumers

The Perfume Shop is enjoying sweet-scented success from its first ever experiential concept store, winning over customers with the promise of a unique and personalised fragrance experience, and now the brand has revealed it plans to expand the concept to more of its 258 stores across the UK.

Gill Smith, Managing Director of The Perfume Shop, told Cosmetics Business that its store in Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield, UK, has had a “great response” from consumers since it opened its doors last month.
