British watchdog Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has upheld two investigations into promotional misdemeanours from eye cream specialist Perfect Cosmetics Company.

The beauty brand produced an advertorial claiming to be the 'No.1 eye cream to banish dark circles and fine lines as voted by Marie Claire’ and promoting a half price offer from £59.99 to £29.99.
