First Natural Ltd has announced its acquisition of UK essential oil brand Tisserand, effective 27th April. First Natural, headed by experienced industry professional Robert Russell intends to consolidate and expand Tisserand's brand portfolio, and enhance product development.
Tisserand founder Robert Tisserand will continue to play a strategic role as a consultant to the brand, advising on all aspects of the manufacturing of essential oils.
“There is an exciting new product development plan which will see consolidation of the brand portfolio, development and growth of the product range in key areas and a particular focus on hero products,” said Russell. “There will be a positive emphasis on investing in innovative, clean ingredients that this market demands."
