Sales of prestige night time skin care products have jumped 7% in the UK over the past 12 months, according to a new report by The NPD Group.
For the period October 2017 to the end of September 2018, sales for night-time skin care, which includes facial oils, creams, gels, eye masks, eye creams and anti-ageing creams, reached £43m.
Sleep has become the wellness trend of 2018, boosted by greater consumer interest in ‘self care’ and ‘me time’ and a deluge of new products launching onto the market.
