Unilever reveals how successful its sustainable brands are

Key sustainable brands including Dove achieve above average growth, with high single and double digit sales over past six years

Unilever has provided an update on the performance of its most sustainable brands.

Counting Dove, Lifebuoy, Ben & Jerry’s and Hellmann’s as its most sustainable brands, Unilever said they had all achieved above average growth over the past six years, generating high single and double digit sales.

Overall the company’s Sustainable Living brands grew more than 50% faster than the rest of its business and delivered more than 60% of Unilever’s growth in 2016.

In total there are 18 brands under the Sustainable Living banner out of the top 40
