This is a great role working with one of the world’s largest beauty company’s implementing the quality strategy within the area of responsibilities and improve quality processes and standards for VQM QA and Vendors.
With your experience and knowledge of the cosmetic industry you will lead the VQM QA group and provide collaborative support to the broader EXO and VQM structure and beyond.
Managing your team to deliver and set VQM departmental goals and objectives in accordance with the companies supply chain strategy and QA policy while incorporating specific regulatory requirements.
Your eye for details and quality mean you always know what KPIs are being met and are happy to host external Bodies and Health Authorities in their scope for any inspection on products.
