In 2011, we successfully extended our injection-molding expertise to the tube industry and launched the worldwide patented Viva Injection-molded tube with in-mold labeling. In-mold labels are printed by a Gallus state-of-the-art printing line with offset, flexographic, silkscreen and cold foil printing enabling a great variety of printing effects on 100% tube surface.
The Viva injection-molded tubes are eco-friendly by using 100% PP for tube, cap and label, and reduce carbon footprint by eliminating a lot of logistics and handling of different components. Large range from D19 to D55mm already available and Dual-chamber tube is coming soon.
