Debbie Finnegan, Senior Make-Up Artist at MAC Cosmetics, says brides should start thinking about their make-up about six months before the wedding. She explains: “Their dress will be chosen and any themes will be decided. Around this time, they can think about arranging trials, whether that’s for a make-up artist on the day or to learn how to do it themselves.”
