Beauty is going through the menopause, the perimenopause at least, and it’s been a long time coming. Brands are beginning to open up about symptoms like thinning hair, breakouts, dehydrated skin and vaginal dryness.

And yet it’s surprising it has taken this long for brands to accept a condition that is affecting approximately a third of the UK female population. Not to mention that the over-50s women are the biggest beauty spenders.
