We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual with significant relevant experience in eCommerce, ready to join a luxury beauty business in a period of exciting growth. You will oversee the management of two websites, using your natural talent for data to ensure the smooth running of the sites and the optimisation of user journeys.
You will manage and execute the eCommerce growth plans, working with a third-party website developer to deliver innovative change and ensure the website is functioning optimally. Using product data management, you will make sure all products on the website are consistently reviewed and updated, working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to implement PPC Ad campaigns and upload content in line with eCommerce strategy.
With your strong commercial acumen, you will take ownership of the Loyalty Program and will present innovative ways to optimise retention. Your passion for luxury beauty will mean you’re constantly monitoring trends, devising a performance and data analysis plan to ensure growth using analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
You must be an assertive and flexible individual, a self-starter with fantastic operational skills and commercially astute. The role will empower you to take control of the eCommerce channel as you monitor UX performance and other analytics to measure site performance and put processes in place for any enhancements that are identified. You can respond quickly and flexibly to change, absorbing seamlessly into the overall brand strategy.
