Felicity Wade

Who does Feefo work with in the beauty industry?
We work with several cosmetic companies and many more are in the pipeline. Feelunique.com started using our service the same year we were founded, in 2010, and has collected well over 110,000 customer reviews. Germaine de Capuccini has recently joined after running a very successful trial with Feefo. Consumers do tend to want to comment on products such as cosmetics and share their experiences and findings with like-minded consumers. Feefo enables them to do so in an intuitive and simple way.

How does Feefo work?
Feefo is easy to implement whatever business you have. For example, we have developed a number of plug-ins for the more common e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Demandware, Hybris, Shopify, Powa and Sellerdeck, which makes the implementation of the Feefo service entirely automated. However, we have also integrated with hundreds of other bespoke platforms. Feefo is fully compatible with all platforms, if there is no plug-in, the in-house Feefo tech team provide the code so an automatic feed can be sent to Feefo and an XML feed of the reviews show on the merchant’s site. Once the response has been left, Feefo then sends the reviews to Google, Bing and Yahoo which gives companies increased visibility in searches. . . .
