Solise brand is ‘first line of defence’ against incidental sun exposure

A company based in Phoenix, Arizona has become the first to create body and hand washes combining cleansing with long lasting UVA and UVB protection. Arizona Sunwash Corporation’s Solise line of SPF15 wash-off products was apparently born out of president Dale Lillard’s desire to protect his children’s skin without the daily struggle of applying sunscreen and is described as a first line of defence for protection from incidental sun exposure.

“Solise body wash and hand wash cleanse like other premium moisturising washes with the added benefit of sunscreen,” explains Michael Doyle, partner, Arizona Sunwash Corporation, and creator of Solise’s patented multi-phase emulsion formula. “Our unique formula employs natural soy emollients to bind the sunscreen with the body’s natural oils. You simply lather, rinse, and towel dry as usual for full SPF15 protection.” An added benefit, says Doyle, is that there is no greasy residue typical of many sunscreens.

The brand, which was five years in the making, carries the US Skin Cancer Foundation’s Seal of Recommendation and products retail from $13.99. For more information visit www.solise.com.
