Self adhesive label specialist BP Labels has been acquired by the Coated & Security Products division of Filtrona plc (CSP), whose portfolio includes Payne Tear Tape and Payne Security.
Self adhesive label specialist BP Labels has been acquired by the Coated & Security Products division of Filtrona plc (CSP), whose portfolio includes Payne Tear Tape and Payne Security.
The deal is of immediate effect and provides customers with a ‘compelling offer’, according to CSP divisional md, Tony Edwards.
“The acquisition will enable us to expand BP Labels’ international presence and broaden our expertise and technology in tear tape security into new markets,” said Edwards. “ We believe that BP Labels fits extremely well in our portfolio and gives us the opportunity to increase our creative packaging business.”
