After having gained long-standing experience on the sublimation of aluminum and plastic components, INCA has now developped a process to sublimate glass for fragrances and spirits.
Based on the physical process of transferring by heating the ink from a paper onto a surface, sublimation is the best technology to wrap the glass through decoration. There’s no limitation either in the colors shades or in the glass shapes. The decoration can fully envelop the glass on a transparent or on a fully colored background.
Inca has finalized the working process in order to obtain a perfect high-definition image and a constant decoration reproducibility. The process is so flexible that can be applied even on very small quantities.
The glass is the very last material where INCA has applied sublimation technology having gained deep experience through the decoration of millions of plastic components for fragrances and aluminum covers for makeup and skincare.
