Working in the London office 3 days a week, you will join a friendly team, where everybody has a "roll your sleeves up and get stuck in" attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strong relationships with UK distributors
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Deliver distributor presentations, business reviews, and product launches
- Create and implement marketing campaigns and manage asset briefing with design teams
- Analyse sales performance, manage KPIs, and deliver strategic management reports
- Oversee order processing and compile accurate new line forms
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand distribution
- Collaborate with education team on product samples and presentation requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in account management or sales within beauty/FMCG
- Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with exceptional organisational skills
