Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global supply chain, stock forecasting and warehouse operations
- Oversee domestic and international shipping with 3PL partners
- Ensure efficient, timely customer and order fulfilment
- Drive process optimisation and systems integration initiatives
- Lead compliance and regulatory requirements across all markets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful launches and promos
- Monitor KPIs including OTIF, stock turnover and delivery performance
- Support ERP and inventory management system implementations
Candidate Requirements:
- Operations/supply chain experience, ideally within FMCG, beauty, wellness or DTC
- Proven track record managing complex multi-regional operations
- Strong systems knowledge, eg. Shopify, Xero, inventory platforms
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
