Lead the quality assurance process for luxury cosmetics packaging, focusing on the business-critical gifting category. Working with a premium global brand, use your technical expertise to maintain the highest quality standards, mentor the team and collaborate with suppliers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive technical analysis of new packaging designs, identifying risks and solutions while preserving design integrity
- Establish supplier relationships and clear specifications for materials, functionality testing, and construction
- Lead validation testing, production transfers, and strategic dual/triple sourcing projects
- Oversee quality documentation systems and master data management
- Support cross-functional teams delivering quality strategy commitments
- Monitor industry developments to implement innovative quality processes
- Act as quality ambassador for company stakeholders around the world
Candidate Requirements:
- Science or technology degree, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Significant FMCG Packaging Quality or Technology experience, ideally including gifting
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Full, clean driver’s license
- Strong team playing and communication skills
