Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sustainability sourcing roadmap for raw materials
- Act as the key sustainability link between R&D and Sourcing teams
- Champion the transition to low-impact, circular and regenerative sourcing models
- Build strategic supplier partnerships to unlock sustainable innovation at scale
- Perform CO₂ emissions analysis and lead packaging reduction strategies
- Assess supplier practices and drive renewable energy adoption
- Translate environmental data into compelling business cases for stakeholders
- Drive scenario planning and materials modelling for future-ready decisions
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive sourcing/procurement experience within Cosmetics or FMCG, including sustainable packaging and circular economy
- Strong track record in carbon reduction and waste management, experienced with sustainability data tools and emissions tracking
- Deep knowledge of sustainability frameworks and regulatory landscapes
