‘Emma Raducanu’ cosmetics trademark application withdrawn

A UK application to register a trademark for cosmetics, clothing and stationery under US Open champion Emma Raducanu’s name has been withdrawn days after it was filed.

The application made by Anthony Brierley, from West Yorkshire, UK, was filed on 12 September, just days after Raducanu claimed victory at the Grand Slam event in New York.
