JF Lazartigue cosmetics factory closes after failures

France’s cosmetics and toiletries safety agency ANSM has closed production at the Trappes factory of JF Lazartigue, which manufactures and packages cosmetics. The company had not taken sufficient steps to correct identified problems, said the agency.
