Do consumers understand enough about the impact of microplastics in water?

Consumers are increasingly aware about environmental challenges. A year ago at the World Economic Forum in Davos, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation raised awareness about the need for greater recovery and reuse of plastics.

This year, P&G announced two initiatives that will continue raising awareness about this topic: first, Head & Shoulders will partner with leading recycling experts, TerraCycle and SUEZ, to pioneer a new approach to produce the world’s first recyclable shampoo bottle made with plastic collected from beaches.
