German premium skin care brand QMS Medicosmetics has been acquired by BlueGem II LP, part of BlueGem Capital Partners.

The private equity firm is the owner of Liberty of London and a majority shareholder in Italian luxury home fragrance brand Dr. Vranjes Firenze.
