Russie Blanche goes to Siberia to combat ageing

Published: 25-Feb-2014

French luxury skin care firm Russie Blanche has launched two new products, Crème Cellulaire Jeunesse and Sérum Cellulaire Jeunesse, both targeted at the anti-ageing market.

Crème Cellulaire Jeunesse has a formulation high in Résistem, a patented active that the firm claims reactivates the skin’s anti-ageing system by filling in the spaces between cells. It also contains hyaluronic acid, along with pink orpin and Siberian ginseng – plants reputed for their revitalising, stimulating and protective properties. Bringing up the rear are essential oils of pink pepper, geranium, patchouli and lemon. It costs €115 for 50ml and comes in a white pot with a chrome lid.

Sérum Cellulaire Jeunesse contains Résistem, hyaluronic acid, licorice, pink orpin and Siberian ginseng, combined with white orchid extract and essential oils of lemon, mandarin, geranium, patchouli and pink pepper. It costs €145 for 30ml and comes in a tall, white, airless pump.

The products will be available online. Russie Blanche was founded in 2009 by Russian ex-model Julia Lemigova. The products are made in South France but use Russian ingredients. They contain only natural ingredients and dyes, and are without parabens, silicones and mineral oils.
