Seppic reveals two new emollient solutions

Seppic has released details of two new emollient ranges, EmoSmart and EmoGreen. Both ranges are both oil-based and are said to be readily biodegradable.

EmoGreen is a plant-based solution which is 100% bio-sourced. It is said to be an ideal alternative to silicone oils for consumers looking for natural and environmentally friendly products. Meanwhile, EmoSmart is synthetic, but both ingredients feature an inert chemical structure that makes them suitable for a range of applications in skin and hair care, make-up, sun care and cleansing products.

The EmoSmart and EmoGreen ranges can be formulated with high or low PH, are compatible with any kind of oil and create an "outstanding sensory experience" for beauty products, according to Seppic.
