Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with brand’s commercial and distribution goals
- Drive revenue growth through market expansion and high-potential account management
- Lead, mentor and inspire sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- Manage key B2B partnerships and luxury retailer relationships
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting and P&L management across all channels
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaigns, launches and commercial initiatives
- Support ethical sales principles and B Corp certification process
Candidate Requirements
- Successful Sales leadership, including International markets and luxury retail, within Fragrance, Beauty or premium consumer goods
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management expertise
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
