Sephora US has launched an on-demand beauty delivery service with Uber Eats to bring “a more convenient shopping experience” to its customers.

The LVMH-owned company is the first prestige beauty retailer available on the US version of the food delivery app, delivering stock from hundreds of Sephora locations across North America.

Beauty shoppers across the US and Canada can enjoy delivery of the retailer’s make-up, skin care, fragrance, hair care and wellness brands in as little as 25 minutes.

Members of Sephora’s loyalty scheme, Beauty Insider, can even link their account to earn points on every order placed through Uber Eats.

“We take great pride in truly understanding our clients’ needs, and meeting them wherever and however they choose to shop with us,” said Nadine Graham, Senior VP and General Manager, Ecommerce, at Sephora.

“So, it is critical for us to seek out all the ways in which we can bring this to life and provide an even more convenient shopping experience for our community.

“Our partnership with Uber Eats unlocks even more ease and immediacy for both our existing and new clients.

“From restocking your beauty must-haves to last-minute gifting needs, all Sephora shoppers can continue to get the best of beauty delivered straight to their door, and earn points while doing so through our loyalty programme.”

Uber Eats is offering customers US$10 off their first order of $50 or more until 30 October 2025 to mark the partnership.

Susan Anderson, Global Head of Delivery at Uber, said: “Today’s consumers want effortless access to their favourite brands – and beauty is no exception.

“We are thrilled to welcome Sephora to Uber Eats as our first prestige beauty retailer.

“This partnership is about meeting consumers where they are and making it easier than ever to access the products they love, whether for gifting, stocking up on essentials or solving last-minute beauty emergencies.”

Sephora is not the only beauty retailer to team up with a food delivery app to extend its reach.

Health and beauty retailer Boots has partnered with Just Eat in the UK on an exclusive delivery service.

Independent retailer The Perfume Shop has also launched a fragrance delivery service on UK app Deliveroo to expand its omnichannel offering.
