Linx CJ400 features Easi-Change Service Module
Following a period of extensive market research, Linx Printing Technologies has launched a continuous ink jet printer developed to suit production line needs.
The Linx CJ400 features an Easi-Change Service Module, which can be changed in minutes using on-screen prompts, meaning scheduled maintenance can be easily completed without the need for a trained technician. The Easi-Change module is also designed so that all relevant serviceable parts are housed in an easily removable box with no wires or pipes to disconnect or reconnect.
According to Linx, low maintenance is further enhanced by extended printhead cleaning intervals – typically three months. And due to the CJ400’s unique autoflush processes, there is no need for printer or conduit flushing.
Additional cost savings come from the 62-micron printhead nozzle, which is said to save up to 40% ink usage compared to other CIJ printers. Meanwhile solvent consumption is reduced by up to 33%.
Other advantages include one-step set-up and a weight of just 13.5kg complete with fluids, which enables the user to move the printer around their factory quickly and easily.
