Revlon has appointed influencer Nailea Devora as global brand ambassador.

The 21-year-old YouTuber will create content for the make-up brand’s social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, in support of upcoming launches.

Devora will also feature in store displays this autumn and star in Revlon's digital media and advertising from 2024.

She joins plus-size model Ashley Graham and rapper Megan Thee Stallion in the Revlon brand ambassador team.

Devora is a fashion and lifestyle influencer from El Paso, Texas, who has more than 19 million followers on social media.

"Growing up, I remember watching my mum do her make-up and always using Revlon lipstick,” commented Devora.

“She never left the house without a bold red lip.

“And that is really how I first fell in love with beauty.

“To be able to partner with… Revlon, and hopefully inspire people from all over the world to express themselves through make-up and style, is such a dream come true."

Maribelle Orengo, Vice President of Revlon Brand, said: "We are constantly looking to partner with changemakers and budding talent who are not afraid to take risks, which is exactly what we see in Nailea.

"Nailea not only embodies our brand values, but she represents two of our biggest growing consumer bases of Gen Z and Hispanic/Latino Americans.

“We are excited to grow our Revlon family to be even more inclusive, diverse and representative of all ages and backgrounds."

Revlon recently went viral on TikTok after responding to a reality TV star’s video about the brand.

Its tongue-in-cheek video response to Selling Sunset’s Heather Rae El Moussa saying ‘I don’t wear Revlon’ has garnered 4.6 million views.

Revlon emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy this May following a year-long battle, after falling into administration in June 2022.

Its CEO Debra Perelman also stepped down after five years at the company.

Elizabeth Smith, Executive Chair of the Elizabeth Arden owner’s board of directors, has taken over as interim CEO.
