Beauty packaging manufacturer and provider Quadpack has published its 2024 impact report.
The B Corp-certified company continues on its sustainable journey as part of PSB Industries, issuing the report on a voluntary basis, in a spirit of transparency. It demonstrates improvements in various areas in 2024, including:
- Transition to a tech-led approach to sustainability, commencing with in-house carbon data capture using a digital platform, with site-level representation of its carbon footprint.
- Fair living wage for all workers, maintaining payment levels at 20% above minimum wage in nearly all of the company’s locations.
- 28.6% decrease in the gender wage gap, dropping from 12.5% to 8.9%. Women’s average hourly earnings increased by 6.6%.
- Ethical code signed by 100% of suppliers, with a strengthened due diligence process through the EcoVadis and Sedex platforms, supplier audits and an internal questionnaire.
Quadpack’s overall progress was recognised with an EcoVadis Platinum Medal, placing it in the global top 1% for sustainability performance.
Together with sister company Texen, it aims to lead the industry’s eco-transition, by focusing on responsible sourcing, sustainable manufacture and conscious consumption.
