Givenchy Beauty has unveiled a new boutique in Harrods, the luxury London, UK department store.

The LVMH-owned brand is presenting “a renewed identity” at the heart of the store, and introducing a ”new architectural concept” for the first time.

Inspired by English libraries and French savoir-faire, the space will offer fragrance and make-up from the luxury label.

The boutique will also host Givenchy’s La Collection Particulière fragrance range, which is exclusive to Harrods.

Designed to blend with the department store's interiors, the boutique features “a curated palette of raw materials, soft neutral tones and sculptural forms”.

“The material palette includes natural travertine, brass, and beautifully lit displays that pay homage to Givenchy's modern take on its heritage; including a miniature replica of the facade of the brand’s historic Hotel Particulier on Avenue George V in Paris,” said Givenchy in a statement.

The latest opening comes after Zhao Liying was named a Global Brand Ambassador for Givenchy Beauty.

The Chinese actress is appearing in a new campaign for Givenchy Beauty’s Le Rouge Velvet Matte lipstick to mark the new tie-up.

The luxury French fashion house said the appointment marked “a bold, elegant new era”.

Meanwhile, Maison Francis Kurkdjian has opened a new boutique in Harrods.

The LVMH-owned fragrance house said the boutique “marks a significant milestone” for the brand in a statement, “offering a more immersive experience for its discerning clientele”.
