Skin care brand Faace will cease trading this year after an acquisition deal to acquire the business collapsed.

PR boss and brand founder Jasmine Wicks-Stephens posted a video to LinkedIn and Instagram and stated that the sale, which had been agreed in August 2024, is no longer going ahead.

Wicks-Stephens went public in trying to find a buyer in July last year, after struggling against fierce industry competition and securing funding for the brand.

“We have since been working on the paperwork, and then it fell through in the last couple of weeks,” Wicks-Stephens told Cosmetics Business.
