Sharon Personal Care by Eternis proudly announces the opening of its new SPC-1 Trezzo Plant, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and global growth

We are pleased to announce the inauguration of the new Trezzo plant, SPC-1, a state-of-the-art facility covering 8,000 sqm, including 3,000 sqm of indoor space and 5,000 sqm of outdoor area. The plant, at the heart of our global logistics network, handles over 2,000 shipments per year and an annual production of 7,500 tons, meeting the growing international demand for preservatives and ingredients.

In 2024, we launched a major expansion and revamping project, which resulted in the addition of two new production departments and the implementation of advanced analytical technologies, including HPLC, UV, GC, and IR. Today, the site hosts three departments – two for production and one for packaging – equipped with automated control systems to ensure quality and safety.

Giacomo Villa, COO, states: “The plant’s concept was driven by two main factors: environmental impact, with a particular focus on energy savings, and the well-being of our employees. We have adopted the best technologies to reduce volatile organic compound and dust emissions to nearly zero, while minimizing the physical effort required from operators, ensuring continuous production and safety at the same time.”

Naama Eylon, President, adds: “This inauguration marks a fundamental step in our vision of a company committed to innovation and sustainability. We strongly believe that the future of the industry lies in responsible investments and environmental care, to offer quality products while respecting people and the planet.” As Sharon Personal Care by Eternis continues to expand its global footprint, the SPC-1 facility stands as a testament to its commitment to innovation, global growth and sustainability.
