Sonsie Skin, the mindful beauty brand co-founded by actress Pamela Anderson, has appointed Kailey Bradt CEO.
Bradt, who has worked with the brand since 2023, is stepping into this C-Suite role as Sonsie marks its “strongest” year yet.
With a background in chemical engineering and as a former brand founder herself [Susteau and Syndeo], Bradt will lead Sonsie’s vision and strategy as the brand enters its next chapter.
Sonsie was founded in 2023 by Roberto Felipe and Marie von Behrens-Felipe, with Anderson joining in 2024 after becoming a majority owner.
Kailey will succeed current CEO and co-founder and Roberto Felipe.
Bradt’s first launch as CEO will land next month, growing Sonsie’s vegan and cruelty-free portfolio from its current offering of just four skin care products.
Bradt will support Sonsie as it expands its product pipeline and scales its operation.
She will also grow the team behind the brand as it moves from a start-up to a fully fledged company.
"It’s an honour to work alongside Pamela, she is such an inspiration,” said Bradt.

“The way she has challenged the industry to think differently and has given so many women great confidence and the industry really feels it.”
“When I joined Sonsie, I immediately fell in love with the vision to shift this conversation.
“As a founder myself, I connected deeply with Pamela, and everyone at Sonsie’s genuine excitement to do things differently.
“It began as a true family business, and now it is time to take that same spirit and scale it into our next chapter of growth.”
Commenting on the appointment, Anderson added: “It is important to me that I support other women building the future in this wild beauty world.
"Kailey is a true innovator – and a real believer in what is next for ‘clean’ beauty and sustainability.
“I want to champion that."
