Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty has unveiled a limited-edition collection inspired by the Smurfette character from The Smurfs franchise.
The launch, in collaboration with Fenty Skin and Fenty Hair, comes ahead of the singer’s voice acting debut as Smurfette in the upcoming Smurfs film.
The Smurf Crew Collection includes a range of colour cosmetics, skin care and accessories from across Fenty’s core categories.
It features new product shades, themed packaging and nostalgic design elements inspired by the animated brand.
“Smurfette has always stood out to me in her own bold and beautiful way,” said Rihanna in a statement.
“That is the energy we brought to this Fenty Beauty, Skin and Hair collection.”
The collection has launched exclusively on FentyBeauty.com and Selfridges.com, with the brand marketing the collection as “a celebration of individuality and playfulness”.
A seven-piece Smurfette-Inspired Collector’s Tin is also available through FentyBeauty.com.
Among the hero products is Smurfette Smooches Lip Essentials Duo, which includes a new shade of Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer in Smurfette Effect, a shimmering lavender hue; and Fenty Treatz Lip Oil in Smurfberry, a red-tinted, scented formula.
Both items are paired with a collectible disco ball keychain.
Additional products in the collection include Gloss Bomb in Smurfette Effect and Fenty Icon Velvet Liquid Lipstick in Smurf’Melon – a watermelon-red in a whipped matte formula and a Butta Drop Mini Body Cream in Smurfberry.
