Account Manager - London/WFH - £40,000-£50,000 + Performance Related Bonus

Holiday: 25 days holiday + bank holidays

A leading Health and Cosmetic manufacturer are looking for an Account Manager to join the team and manage a sales team to develop and maintain relationships with key retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of salespeople.
  • Analyse sales and key account metrics to ensure targets are hit.
  • Communicate sales information across the whole business.
  • Hands on involvement with global partners.
  • To develop new products through discussion with new and existing clients anywhere in the world.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Someone with experience managing accounts with key high street retailers
  • Personal interest in cosmetics
  • Hard working and autonomous
  • Key experience developing and managing existing and new business relationships
  • Ability to challenge and engage ideas for growth
