Key Customer Co-Ordinator - Northwest - £25-30,000

Key Tasks:

1. Coordination of all documentation required to support the export process under new EU legislation.
2. Working closely and collaboratively with internal departments to ensure shipments are consistent with customer requirements.
3. Liaise between the customers and cross functional internal teams to successfully meet customers’ expectations.
4. Develop a strong working relationship with the customers and support them at all levels of the business process model within our contract manufacturing environment including;

• Customer order fulfilment processes.
• Forecasting and planning.
• Ensuring accurate customer documentation.
• Supporting business development activities.
