Company sales in India shot up by 65% in 2010
Avon has said it will strengthen its presence in India and expand its product range.
The company will double the number of ‘Beauty Zones’ it operates as part of a strategy to market products in smaller cities and towns. Six zones have been launched since last year and six more will be opened by the end of 2011, according to Avon India’s md Hemant Singh.
Avon India\'s sales increased by some 65% in 2010 over the year earlier.
