Beauty retailer NordicFeel harnesses the power of personalisation

The retailer has selected Revieve’s Digital Beauty Advisor to provide a personalised beauty experience for its shoppers


Beauty retailer NordicFeel has selected Revieve’s Digital Beauty Advisor to provide a personalised experience for its online shoppers.

The technology is designed to bring an in-store beauty consultant online, by giving customers advice and recommendations based on their skin’s specific needs.

In order to harness this power, users can take a selfie and the technology will identify skin care concerns such as redness, eye bags and wrinkles.

From there it will provide them with a personalised skin care routine to tackle these problems.

Sampo Parkkinen CEO of Revieve said: “The combination of receiving a personal skin analysis, individualised skin care advice and personal product recommendations is something we’re seeing shoppers react very favourably towards.

“Our cooperation is already showing a great ROI for NordicFeel and we couldn’t be more excited to be working with them.”

Customers can also use the technology to find the right cosmetics for them, based on skin’s undertone, eye colour and face shape.

The solution has been implemented across NordicFeel’s e-commerce sites in Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Revieve already supplies its technology to cosmetics brand Beauty Bridge and Biodelly Natural Beauty a Finnish skin care brand.
