The brand’s new formula is said to help prolong consumers’ tan

Premium french skin care brand Caudalie has unveiled a new lotion as part of its sun care line.

The new Tan Prolonging After-Sun Lotion (£15) blends coconut oil and grape water to nourish and hydrate skin, while aloe vera is included for its healing properties.

Natural pea extract has been harnessed to prolong consumers’ tans and offer anti-ageing benefits, according to the brand.

The formula is fragranced with white flowers and coconut milk to evoke the scent of summer.

Meanwhile, Caudalie has chosen to use lightweight packaging for its eco-friendly properties; the design is said to reduce plastic waste and carbon dioxide emissions.

The formula is said to be easily absorbed into skin and non-sticky.
