Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) has appointed Emmanuelle Noyer as VP and General Manager for Tom Ford Beauty in the UK and Ireland.
The appointment comes a week after ELC fully acquired luxury fashion brand Tom Ford for US$2.8bn, the beauty brand owner's biggest deal to date.
Noyer, who will start the role on 1 January 2023, will also be responsible for managing Le Labo, Kilian Paris, Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle and Balmain Beauty.
She joined ELC in 2015 as Regional Director for Travel Retail after a 15-year career with LVMH, where she served as Managing Director for Guerlain UK and Ireland.
Prior to this, Noyer held the role of Managing Director for Acqua Di Parma, Pucci and Fendi Fragrances at the luxury beauty conglomerate.

Noyer will continue in her role as Vice President General Manager of Estée Lauder, Aerin Beauty and Aramis UK Ireland, with Luke Evans slated to take over the position in January.
Luke joined ELC UK and Ireland in 2011 as the National Sales Director of Aramis & Designer Fragrances and Lab Series.
His CV boasts over 20 years of experience in the prestige beauty market, including a role as Commercial Director at LVMH Fragrance Brands UK and Ireland division.
Evans will report directly to Fox.

The end of a saga
After months of rumours and back and forth, ELC managed to fight off stiff competition from rivals such as Kering to snag Tom Ford in a near $3bn deal.
Fabrizio Freda, CEO of ELC, said the acquisition, which included Tom Ford's apparel, accessories and eyewear businesses, will "unlock new opportunities" for the luxury fashion brand.
The business’ namesake founder will also step down as CEO and creative lead at the end of 2023.
Ford owned an estimated 64% of the business and is expected to receive $1.1bn from the deal.
Domenico De Sole, Chairman of Tom Ford and the designer's long-term business partner, will also stay with the brand until Ford's departure.

Luxury Italian firm Zegna will now licence Tom Ford's clothing business from ELC.
