Exclusive: Nuritas on winning J&J's Flash Cosmetics Pitch

The Irish biotech firm was awarded the prize last week at in-cosmetics Global in London and will work with the conglomerate to further its research

Johnson & Johnson held its first open pitch event at in-cosmetics Global in London last week.

The US multinational accepted three minute pitches from global early stage entrepreneurs hoping for a chance to win a mentorship from the conglomerate and €5,000 of project funding.

But it was a digital biotech company from Ireland that impressed the judges with its discovery of peptides from natural plant sources using artificial intelligence and DNA analysis.
