Feelunique has announced it has just launched a same day delivery service in London.
The initiative allows customers in the British capital to receive same day deliveries between 6-10pm for £14.95, if ordered before 11am.
Jim Buckle, COO of Feelunique, said: “Feelunique is changing the way people experience shopping for beauty products by putting the biggest choice of products and brands into the hands of our customers quickly and conveniently.”
Currently retailers including Space NK and House of Fraser provide a similar offering.
But the initiative from Feelunique is the latest step in its effort to compete with fast fashion e-commerce giants.
In July, Feelunique launched a subscription delivery service allowing customers to have unlimited access to next-day delivery for £8.95 a year.
“This summer, Feelunique became Europe’s first pure play online beauty store to offer unlimited next day delivery; now we’re the first to deliver the same day to our London customers,” added Buckle.
“So, if you’ve run out of your favourite beauty products or need a last-minute favourite or gift ahead of a party – especially over the Christmas season – with just a few clicks Feelunique can get them to you the very same day.”
