Reporting from Rennes, Patricia Mansfield-Devine on consumer demand for sleep-aiding scents

More than half of consumers who use scented items would be interested in fragrances that can be worn at night to help them sleep or refresh their sheets, research firm Mintel has found. The research company said that consumers are also looking for other innovative users for scents, such as scents to relieve colds and headaches.
