The lustre is still a little muted in the Italian hands and nails market, but the latest results hint that the colour is slowly beginning to return.
According to Cosmetica Italia’s Beauty Report 2016, consumption of hand and nail products fell 1.7% between 2014 and 2015, finishing the year with a value of €187.3m – not the best performance but a marked improvement on the previous year’s 4.4% decline.
