It seems that P&G is coming even closer to a decision over which brands it plans to keep – and which ones to axe – as part of its upcoming beauty divestiture, in which it said it would sell up to 100 of its beauty businesses.
In an exclusive Reuters report it was revealed that Henkel, Revlon and Coty are now preparing bids for different parts of P&G's beauty business, according to sources. The report went on to say that the three companies are working with investment banks in the run up to a first-round bid deadline set for next week.
