Over 52% of shoppers think retailers need to offer a more seamless experience between online and in-store shopping
High street retailers are increasingly looking for new ways to improve their turnover and keep up with e-commerce sales – but it’s becoming clear that battling against digital is not the best solution.
On the contrary: research published by e-commerce agency PushON has revealed that more than 32% of shoppers want to see digital features such as AI chatbots or virtual try-ons in store, making the shopping experience more seamless.. . .
