Idealpak is developing more adjustable moulds for round-shoulder and cylinder PET bottles

Adjustable moulds are moulds with adjustable bottoms. With a fixed outer diameter, we can change the height of a container by adjusting the bottom of the mould.

In this way, we can develop bottles and jars with the same diameter in different sizes very quickly.

Adjustable moulds are ideal choices for brand owners who want to develop serial products in the same shape but in different sizes. With very short lead time and very low cost, your serial products can go to life.

Idealpak’s PET jars with these neck sizes are available in adjustable moulds: 43/400,56/400, 63/400, 68/400 and 89/400.
